New Client Registration

It's as easy as 1-2-3

  1. Create a new account & add pets
  2. Complete forms online & upload vaccination records
  3. Access your account from our website or download iOS or Android PetExec App


Once you have created an account, use your username and password to login to access your account to purchase doggy daycare packages, request boarding reservations and maintain your pet's information.

New Client Registration

  • I am a current client, what is my username and password?

    If you are a current client with an email on file, your email is your username. If this is the first time you are using the portal, select "Forgot Password" and an email will be sent with a link to reset your password. 

  • My email is not working as my username and I can't reset my password.

    Please call our office at (270) 249-4382 or email at team@playfulpawsky.com and a member of our staff will validate the email we have on file. Once we have varified your email, you can select "Forgot Password" and an email will be sent with a link to reset your password. 

  • I have updated shot records, can I upload them in the portal.

    Both the portal and the app allows for document uploads. Remember we must have a copy of up-to-date shot records on file for each pet in daycare, boarding or training in the facility.   


    Required Vaccinations

    • Rabies (1 or 3 year)
    • DHHP (1 or 3 year)
    • Bordetella (every 6 months)
